How Our Program Works

Our Method

Our program engages students in three 12-week sessions aimed at cultivating abilities, attitudes, and socio-emotional competencies. These sessions empower individuals to learn effectively, make informed decisions, and exercise their rights, leading to a healthy and productive life.

Our Curriculum

Overcoming Obstacles is an award-winning curriculum used across the globe to develop the skills necessary for personal and professional success.

Evaluation

We conduct baseline testing to establish a starting point, gauging participants’ initial skill levels and knowledge. Subsequently, we utilize benchmark data, drawn from test groups to set performance expectations and goals. By comparing participants’ progress against these benchmarks over time, we can assess the program’s impact and efficacy accurately, ensuring continuous improvement and informed decision-making.
